RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

This is reviewed on a case by case basis, we will always work with our customers not against them.

 

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee may also be applied to products we have ordered on your behalf from our manufacturers. This will normally amount to 15% of the item's value. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we might not be able offer you a refund or an exchange.

If you ordered some of our general stock line then 99% of the time there will be no restocking fee and there is generally no issues with us refunding you for your product.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, if we have any questions at any time then we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss further.

Some custom orders such as custom parachutes will mean that we are unable to cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. We may be able to cancel this with the manufacturer but you may still need to cover the costs for the process up to that point in the process. We will always aim to work with you and help you get the best outcome as we pride ourselves on our customer service however sometimes we may be bound to contracts that have been signed with manufacturers and suppliers.

Before sending an item back to us please email sales@southernaerosupplies.com and inform the team of what you would like to do. Please return all items with a cover letter explaining why it has been sent back and a copy of the original order as this will help our team be able to provide the quickest turnaround time. We are unable to refund shipping on any packages that have been sent to you as this service will have been used and fulfilled.

When returning an item to us please use a Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 service as these are the opening hours for our warehouse.
