At Southern Aero Supplies Ltd, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. Our returns and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considerate, ensuring that we work with our customers to find the best possible solutions.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange. If a product has been dispatched from us on time and is with a courier then we maybe unable to process a refund for this item until it is clear what has happened. 
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to products ordered specifically from our manufacturers. For general stock items, restocking fees typically do not apply, and refunds are usually straightforward.
  • Examination and Notification: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a return. If eligible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Should there be any questions, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders, such as custom parachutes, are generally non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun. We will attempt to work with the manufacturer to cancel the order if possible, but you may be responsible for any incurred costs.

Return Process

  1. Email Notification: Before returning an item, email us at sales@southernaerosupplies.com with your intent and details of the return.

  2. Include Documentation: Include a cover letter explaining the reason for the return and a copy of the original order to facilitate a quick turnaround.

  3. Shipping: Return items using a Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 service. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

  4. Labeling: Clearly label the package as "returns" and send it to:

Payments

  • We prefer payments via BACS or bank transfer to ensure full refunds. Payments via PayPal or debit card may incur transaction fees that could reduce the refunded amount if the issue is not our fault.
